Our Company Story

Our company story can be summarised by a specific client example.  A client came to us with the view to buy a business.  We analysed the business purchase and handled negotiations between banks and solicitors.  We advised on the business structure and looked at all the benefits and costs.  We assisted the client with a business plan and helped those set budgets and cash flows.  We produced regular financial reports and compared these to the business plan and budgeted profit and loss and cashflows.  We were the clients first port of call for all business advice.  The clients business was performing well so we prepared a financial plan for the clients.  This involved both Superannuation and non-superannuation investments and considerable savings and was based on retirement planning.  In the latter stages of the clients working life we put forward a plan to sell the business and negotiated on their behalf with potential purchasers.    The business was sold at a price well above expectations and we again prepared a financial plan for the investment of those funds.  The clients have now retired and live off the income produced by their superannuation funds and investment monies that we are still managing through our client services package for investment clients.
